Consul General of Israel to the Southwest
Consul General Livia Link-Raviv has two decades of experience as an Israeli diplomat, she served serving as the Deputy Ambassador in Caracas, Venezuela, and in Rome, Italy, as a Counsellor for Public Diplomacy before her post in August of 2021 in Houston, Texas.
In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Consul General Link-Raviv worked in the Department for International Organizations, coordinating policy vis-à-vis the United Nations; directed the MFA's Cadet Course, leading the training and preparation of the next generation of diplomats; and in the Legal Adviser Division in charge of economic affairs. She also served as the Director of the Pacific Department. Before joining the MFA, she practiced law as a mediator in the Family Court.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Law, and a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution, both from Hebrew University, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
Livia is married to Etai and they are the proud parents of three children.
