The Department of Academic Affairs is dedicated to building enduring bridges with higher education institutions across the expansive five-state region of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. By cultivating meaningful collaborations within the academic community by equipping campuses with invaluable insights into Israel, orchestrating impactful programs, and facilitating captivating speakers. The Director of Academic Affairs holds the pivotal role of serving as a liaison between the State of Israel and all higher education institutions within the expansive US Southwest region. In this capacity, operates within the Office of Academic Affairs, where the primary objective is to cultivate and strengthen cooperative relationships with the academic community. Through these efforts, The Consulate General of Israel constructs a dynamic platform for academic institutions to engage with and glean knowledge from Israel, fostering cultural exchange and academic enrichment.
