Our consular office provides public service to those who are outside our country or who wish to gain access to it. For this reason, we continue to diligently and effectively attend to the very diverse requests that are received daily and resolve the needs of Israelis, Americans, and nationals of third countries, who wish to visit Israel, study at our universities, learn Hebrew, obtain documents or make declarations of will that have legal effectiveness in institutions in Israel.
