November 24,The Consulate General of Israel in Guangzhou hosted an inspiring event with Erika Rosenberg, author of Where Light and Shadow Meet. Together, we explored a lesser-known side of the Schindlers’ story, highlighting Emilie Schindler’s pivotal role in saving over 1,200 Jews during the Holocaust.
Hosted by Aviv Zell, Deputy Consul General of Israel in Guangzhou. Alex Goldman Shayman, Consul General of Israel in Guangzhou, Erika Rosenberg, Associate Professor Zeng Ji from the School of Translation at Sun Yat sen University, representatives of the Consulate General in Guangzhou, and over 80 readers participated in the event.
