On 22 June 2021, our Trade and Economic Mission hosted a number of players in the water sector in Ghana.
Participants of the event were drawn from government, private and none governmental sectors, key amongst them was the CEO of the Ghana Water Company.
The event discussed plausible solutions for restoring Ghana’s water bodies affected by Galamsey.
The meeting also introduced participants to some Israeli water technologies that can be used to minimize the effects of illegal mining on Ghana’s water bodies.
Some of the Israeli water companies that participated in the event include P2W, Amiad, and Fluence.
