Donations and Bequests

A team within the Embassy at the service of your generosity

Dons & Legs

The State of Israel receives donations and bequests from Israel and around the world (both from Israeli nationals and from citizens of other countries) Jews and non-Jews. They are private individuals whose goal is to help and support the State of Israel.

The generosity granted to the State of Israel can take three forms:

Donations during the person's lifetime, Legacy and testamentary dispositions, Creation of a foundation, for charitable purposes, either during the person's lifetime or after their death.

In accordance with Israeli law, legacies and donations are intended for charitable purposes, in the broadest sense of the term, and absolutely do not constitute a part of the state budget. The funds collected are processed, managed and allocated independently. They help support sectors in difficulty and help associations that do not receive government funds.

The donations and legacies department of the Israeli Embassy in France is headed by Mrs. Chana Risch Rothchild, representative of the General Administrator of the property of the State of Israel in France and Monaco.

For any questions or additional information, you can contact our dedicated Department. We will be happy to provide you with information and respond to you in complete confidentiality,
