Agreement in the form of exchanges of letters between the Government of the French Republic and the Provisional Government of the State of Israel relating to the recognition of the State of Israel by France, the international regime for Jerusalem and French establishments .
By this letter, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Robert Schuman, informed the representative of the provisional government of the State of Israel in France, Maurice Fischer, of this ‘de facto’ recognition.
