On the eves of certain holidays, the Embassy and consulate may close earlier than normally. 
 

How to schedule appointments

Please contact the Consular Department (consular@helsinki.mfa.gov.il) in order to schedule an appointment. Include your full contact information and the details of your inquiry.

Please be aware that you will go through a security check once you arrive to the Embassy. We recommend to only bring the necessary documentation for the meeting, and refrain from bringing excessive bags or other personal belongings.

Outside office hours, Israeli citizens in distress in Finland or Estonia can contact the Consular emergency number +358 45 2037 282 (only emergencies). The emergency number does not provide other consular services.
