The Department of Public Diplomacy at the Embassy of Israel maintains and enhances relationships with a wide range of communities across the United Kingdom.
Our mission is to share information about Israel and celebrate its diverse culture through events, lectures & briefings. The department aims to engage national and local leadership, religious communities, schools, community centres, activist groups, NGOs and other organisations interested in developing their knowledge and understanding of Israel.
We are also keen to develop partnerships based on shared values, such as promoting LGBTQI+ rights, diversity, human rights, social impact, gender equality and more.

Director of Public Diplomacy Efrat Perri
Efrat Perri is the Director of Public Diplomacy department at the Israeli Embassy in the UK since August 2022.
Before London, Efrat served as the Spokesperson at the Israeli Embassy in Beijing between 2013 and 2019.
She has BA in North East Asian Studies and Foreign Affairs from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
After finishing her Undergraduate in 2008, she studied the Chinese language at Taiwan’s Normal university under full scholarship for one year.
