Embassy Main Line

The embassy line is manned Monday to Thursday from 9:30-12:00

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the phones will also be answered from 15:30-16:30

Embassy Emergency Phone

Please call this number if you are a distressed Israeli in the UK (Lost passport, arrested or have a missing relative). Please feel free to use this number if you are a police officer or a Government official.

Calls can be made via Whatsapp too.

The emergency line is manned 24/7, enquiries that are not deemed urgent will not be dealt with.

Consulate Whatsapp Services

The Consulate provides limited services via Whatsapp for Israelis. Please have your ID number available when you start your conversation.

How to send mail to the consulate

Material that is mailed to the Consulate must be only sent to and collected from the following address:

All material should be sent using Royal Mail NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY.

You should also enclose a Royal Mail SELF ADDRESSED NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY envelope for returning the material to you.

The Consulate does not accept any padded or bubble bags and envelopes .​

The sender is responsible for material mailed to the mission.

It is important to stress that there are cases in which you are required to visit the consulate in person. For more detailed information, see the section on Consular Services.
