As part of the embassy's security requirements, entry to the embassy is subject to inspection by the security personnel. It is essential to show an original official identification with a photo (passport, ID card). Personal items (bags, cell phones, electronic devices) or food and drinks are not allowed.
Do not bring large objects such as a suitcase or a large backpack because the embassy does not have room to store these objects. Small items such as cell phones or keys can be stored in small lockers that will be provided to the applicant, on the day of the appointment.
The service is available to university or yeshiva students who want to study at an institution of higher education or at a yeshiva in Israel.

The completed application and supporting documents should be sent by email to an Israeli mission in the country where the applicant lives.
Please note:
If the confirmation of acceptance states that the student will be accompanied by another person – the details of such person should be provided, including their passport number.
If the applicant is under age 18, both parents must sign before the consular representative.
Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.
The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.
Payment must be made according to the Consular fee Chart.
