Omri was kidnapped from Nahal Oz by Hamas terrorists

Tonight, we light the third candle of Hanukkah in honour of Omri Miran.
Omri, a 46 year old man, was kidnapped from Nahal Oz by Hamas terrorists on October 7th.
On that dark Saturday, Omri opened the door to his house to a 16-year-old boy from the kibbutz who was asking for help. Apparently, Hamas was using the boy in order to make people open their houses.
When Omri was kidnapped from his house, in front of his horrified family, his wife Lishai managed to cry out to him "I love you, we’re waiting for you. Don't be a hero".
Omri's two-year-old daughter still cries at night "Goodnight, Daddy".
Omri's family and the people of Israel are waiting for him to come back home.
