The Cyprus Post and Israel Postal Company have released a joint commemorative edition for the cooperation of the two countries in the aerial firefighting.

Through the existing cooperation agreement between the two countries' fire and rescue services, with emphasis on mutual assistance in times of emergency, Israel and Cyprus aid each other by dispatching firefighting teams, gear and aircrafts to help combat massive wildfires.
