David, his wife Sharon and their 3-year-old daughters Yuly and Emma were kidnapped by Hamas terrorists

Tonight, I would like to light the 7th candle of Hanukkah, in honour of David Cunio, who is still held captive by Hamas in Gaza.
David, his wife Sharon and their 3-year-old daughters Yuly and Emma were kidnapped by Hamas terrorists on October 7th from their home in kibbutz Nir Oz.
During the horrific moments before the family was kidnapped, they were texting with other family members from inside the bomb shelter. Their last message read: “We may not make it out of here. We love you”
While Sharon and the two daughters were released, David was separated from his family and his whereabouts is unknown.
David, only 33 years old and a father of two, is being held hostage by Hamas for over 9 weeks.
