Memory in the Living Room

​The Israeli Embassy held an event last night, the 30th, in honor of the International Day of Remembrance for the Victims of the Holocaust.
The event featured an emotional testimony from survivor Gabriel Waldman followed by a dinner with recipes written in the concentration camps.
Many of them, mostly women, wrote collections and cookbooks, including recipes they could only dream of.
