Today, Chargé d'Affaires of the State of Israel Tzevy Mirkin met with First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Lukashevich.
During the meeting, which took place on the 150th anniversary of the birth of the first President of Israel Chaim Weizmann, a native of Belarus, current issues in relations between the two countries were discussed. Particular attention was paid to cooperation in the cultural sphere.
