Required Documents To Apply
Applicant's ID card or passport.
Proof of additional citizenship, or of an assurance that the applicant will receive another citizenship when they have ceased being an Israeli citizen.
Proof that the applicant resides in a foreign country.
Required Presence At The Consulate
The applicant must appear in person at the mission.

-Authorization of other citizenship or an official letter from the local government promising that local citizenship will be granted + Apostille (the letter must be valid for at least two years and written in English or translated into Hebrew)
