Applicant's ID card or passport.
Proof of additional citizenship, or of an assurance that the applicant will receive another citizenship when they have ceased being an Israeli citizen.

Receiving an approval / deny can take up to six months. Note that if you want to go to Israel prior to receiving a definitive answer, you will have to use your Israeli travel document when traveling to Israel.

Information
- If the application for renunciation of citizenship is for a minor 15 years of age or older, the minor must also attend the scheduled meeting.
- For your information, the procedure for relinquishing citizenship between the ages of 15 and 26 is subject to the decision of the Ministry of the Interior and the IDF authorities. If there is an objection from the recruitment manager to the renunciation of citizenship, the citizen can apply again for renunciation of citizenship upon reaching the age specified in the decision of the Ministry of the Interior and the recruitment manager.
- If you want to order a certificate of non-citizenship, you can do so at the time of the appointment.
- If you will want the certificate of non-citizenship after the initial appointment, you will have to book an appointment in order to apply.
