Application to receive a registration extract from the Population Registry
This service enables Israeli citizens and residenst to submit an application to receive a registration extract containing their personal details as they appear in the Population Registry.

Required Documents To Apply
Photocopy of an identifying document or passport.
A power of attorney and the ID card of the family member - If the application is on behalf of an immediate family member
A power of attorney from a lawyer or a court judgment - If the application is on behalf of another family member or another person
Tip
No appointment is required.

Required presence at the Consulate
There is no requirement to appear in person at the mission, and the application can be sent by mail or by email
The certificate is issued free of charge; however, if you would like it to be authenticated with an apostille, a fee of $10 applies for each certificate. Please indicate this request in the "Requested Details" section of the form.
Additionally, you may collect the certificate from the Consulate once it is received from Israel. If you prefer to have it mailed to you, an additional fee of $15 will apply.
Please note
The certificates are sent from Israel; therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact time of their arrival - It can take between a few weeks and several months.

Who can apply?
Israeli citizens and residents or anyone with an interest in receiving a registration extract with details from the Population Registry.

How to apply
By mail – the required forms and documents should be sent together with a photocopy of an identifying document.
By email – the required forms and documents should be attached to the email.
Please note:
If the application is on behalf of an immediate family member – a power of attorney and the ID card of the family member should be attached.
If the application is on behalf of another family member or another person – a power of attorney from a lawyer or a court judgment should be attached.
