The department engages in a range of activities for positive communications with the UAE public through traditional and new-media, cultural interchange and people to people relations. The department’s activities include:

• Developing communication to effectively convey Israel’s message to the public and opinion leaders.
• Establishing and maintaining connections with local media outlets.
• Messaging through new media for direct interaction and engagement with the public.
• Planning and executing events to promote Israeli and UAE culture, fostering mutual understanding.
• Engaging with the local community to facilitate dialogue about Israeli values and culture, aiming for better understanding and connection.
• Protocol and Event Management including official visits, receptions, and diplomatic gatherings.
