ON 29TH MAY, Friends and Partners of Israel in Rwanda gathered to celebrate Israel's 77th Independence anniversary under the theme "Bridges of Hope".
The Embassy of Israel in Rwanda hosted an event in Kigali on May 29, marking 77 years since the founding of the State of Israel.
The evening brought together Israeli nationals, Rwandan government officials, diplomats, and civil society leaders, among others. This moment was used to reflect on the journey of resilience through the 77 years and to celebrate the life and rebirth of the country. The Ambassador also appreciated the growing partnership between Israel and Rwanda and expressed commitment to strengthening this partnership
