Starting from January 1, 2025, citizens of visa-exempt countries will be required to obtain ETA-IL approval prior to their flight to Israel.
This initiative aims to improve and streamline the service for foreign visitors traveling to Israel.

A citizen or resident of the Russian Federation requiring assistance in submitting an ETA application, or who does not have an international credit card required for submitting the application on the official ETA-IL website, can do so at the VFS Global Visa Application Center in the Russian Federation, the only authorized official partner of the Embassy of Israel in Russia for processing ETA-IL.
