Those who are eligible will be able to travel to Israel, and stay for up to 90 days or less upon receipt of approval to enter

Please note
ETA-IL approval will remain valid for up to 2 years, or until current passport expires.
In the event of a change of name, gender or citizenship, a new travel permit must be applied for.
Exempted from applying through the ETA-IL system:
Diplomats who are on an official mission or mission.
Seamen with a passport and citizenship of a certificate-exempt country who hold a seaman's certificate, and arrive at a non-sea border crossing to join the ship.
Aircrew on a mission, reported by the airline.
An Israeli individual who wishes to use foreign passport if the foreign passport is linked to the Israeli record or if they present their Israeli passport together with their foreign passport.
The applicant must fill out the form on the Israel Population Authority (PIBA) website
An ETA - IL will cost 25 NIS.
During the pilot phase the application will be free of charge.
