Issuance of travel documents (passport) for citizens and residents of Israel

This service enables Israeli citizens and residents who are abroad to submit an application for a non-biometric Israeli travel document (passport)
Required Documents To Apply
Two recent photos (against a white background, with full front view of face, measuring 5x5 cm).
The travel document that is to be renewed.
A document proving Israeli citizenship – in case of an application for a first Israeli travel document.
Tip
Please contact the consular department to check your eligibility for a travel document and for what duration.
The Embassy can issue non-biometric travel documents for a period of up to 5 years, depending on the specific criteria established by the Ministry of Interior.
Required presence at the Consulate
If the application is for a first travel document, the applicant must appear in person at the mission.
If the application is for the renewal of an expired document, the application together with the required documents can be sent by mail to the mission in the country where the applicant is staying.
Please note
The fee for issuing a new passport is 315 PLN, in cash.

The fee for issuing a new passport for minor is 168 PLN, in cash.
The minor must appear in person when applying for a new travel document!

The required documents are:
• Filled request form for travel document (see attached)
• 2 passport photos, size 5X5 cm -
The photo must be a recent headshot, frontal, in color, without glasses, and on a white background
• Current travel document / passport

The service is available to Israeli citizens or residents living abroad.

How to apply

The applicant can schedule an appointment through the online appointment scheduler, at an Israeli mission in the country where he/she is staying, and bring all the documents in person to the mission.

The application with all the accompanying documents can be sent by mail, according to the instructions on the website of the mission.

Please note: When sending by mail, you must send the original documents and keep photocopies.

Before coming to the mission, make sure you have with you all the required documents and completed forms.
