One year after the massacre of October 7, we held a commemorative event to remember those who were murdered, tortured and raped; as well as the 101 people who are still kidnapped in Gaza.
This act of remembrance included the presentation of the photographic exhibition "When words run out" by Israeli photographer Ziv Koren, which shows images of what happened after the October 7 massacre in Israel by the terrorist organization Hamas.
The event was attended by representatives of the Peru - Israel Parliamentary League, Congressmen Javier Padilla (President), Milagros Aguayo (Vice President) and Milagros Rivas (secretary), mayors, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru, ambassadors. and members of the diplomatic corps, journalists, former Israel scholars, businessmen, members of Christian churches, and representatives and members of the local Jewish community.
