If the signatory is below age 18 , he must come to the mission in the company of his parents or guardian.

Before coming to the mission, it is advisable to check if the affiant must be accompanied by both parents.
As part of the security protocol, the entry to the Embassy is subject to screening by the Security Officers. It is essential to present an original official identification with a photograph (DNI, passport, teudat zehut). The entry of personal items (bags, cell phones, electronic devices) or food and drinks is not permitted.
Large items such as a suitcases, large purses or large backpacks should not be brought since the Embassy does not have facilities to store these items. Small items such as cell phones or keys can be stored in small lockers that will be provided on the day of the appointment.
The request may be submitted by Israeli citizens and foreign citizens who wish to submit an affidavit in Israel.
After the affidavit has been prepared it must be brought in person to an Israeli mission in the country where the affiant lives. The affiant is required to identify himself by means of a passport or ID card.
The service is provided for affidavits in various languages.
Please note: When the affidavit is written in a language other than Hebrew or English, it is necessary to check before coming to the mission whether the service is provided in the required language.
