The Cultural Affairs Department at the Consulate General of Israel in New York is responsible for cultural cooperation and diplomacy throughout North America, including the USA, Canada, and Mexico. The department works to share Israel's rich cultural diversity, specializing in presenting the broad spectrum of Israeli creativity, from traditional to cutting-edge. Its activities include promoting Israeli culture in film and television, dance performances, theater productions, diverse musical concerts, art exhibitions, and literary fairs.
Through collaborations with leading cultural institutions, international festivals, and galleries, we bring the unique voice of Israeli culture to wide and diverse audiences.
Our goal is not only to present Israeli creations but to foster rich cultural dialogue, encourage knowledge and idea exchanges, and build bridges of mutual understanding through culture.
