Issuance of travel documents (passport) for citizens and residents of Israel

This service enables Israeli citizens and residents who are abroad to submit an application for a non-biometric Israeli travel document (passport)
Required Documents To Apply
Two recent photos (against a white background, with full front view of face, measuring 5x5 cm).
The travel document that is to be renewed.
A document proving Israeli citizenship – in case of an application for a first Israeli travel document.
Tip
Entitled to renew their passport via post are adults who already renewed their passport once since they turned 18.
Required presence at the Consulate
If the application is for a first travel document, the applicant must appear in person at the mission.
If the application is for the renewal of an expired document, the application together with the required documents can be sent by mail to the mission in the country where the applicant is staying.
Please note
When sending the request via post, add the following to the envelope:
- Request form
- Your old passport
- 2 passport picture with the requirements written above
- Confirmation of payment of 72 euro for the passport and 9 euro for the registered post (total of 81 euro - bank details are on the bottom of the page under the title 'information')

The applicant must arrive with all the documents to the Israeli mission in the country of residence..

The application with all the accompanying documents can be sent by mail, according to the instructions on the website of the mission.

Please note: 
When sending by mail, you must send the original documents and keep photocopies.
To visit the mission, it is necessary to schedule an appointment in advance.
