The Ambassador of the Israeli Embassy visited the Dhamma Vinaya Center

The Embassy of Israel in Yangon made a donation and pray for the hostages at the Vinaya Bhumi University in Yangon, Myanmar

On February 18, 2025, the Ambassador of the Israeli Embassy visited the Dhamma Vinaya Center of the Vinaya Bhumi University which is located in 7-mile and founded by venerable Ashin Nandamalabhivamsa.

During the visit, the Ambassador had the opportunity to inquire and learn from the senior monk about the Buddhism and the teachings of Buddha. Then mindfully hearing and receiving the loving-kindness sutta from the monk, together with his sincere wish and pray for the release of the youngest detainees, Ariel and Kfir Bibas, who had been imprisoned for over 500 days. These two brothers, along with their mother, had been held captive by Hamas.

The Ambassador also prayed for the swift release of all hostages those held by Hamas.
