The Consulate General of Israel in Miami together with the Israeli American Council and the Miami-Israel Collective, marked Israel’s 76th Independence Day.
The Consulate, in collaboration with the IAC and the Miami-Israel Collective, celebrated Israel's 76th Independence Day with a festive event in Miami. The ceremony was attended by key figures from the Jewish and Israeli communities, entrepreneurs, IDF soldiers, and many dignitaries, including Miami-Dade County Mayor Ms. Daniella Levine Cava, Miami Mayor Mr. Francis Suarez, and Miami-Dade College President Ms. Madeline Pumariega. This year, alongside the Independence Day celebrations, the events of October were commemorated, and a prayer was held for the return of all the hostages. The path to the event was lined with photos of the hostages, and inside the venue, a photo exhibition by photographer Ziv Koren documenting the massacre was displayed.
