Israeli Ambassador Hadas Wittenberg Silverstein met with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys

Ambassador greeted the minister and wished him success in his new position.
The Minister and Ambassador discussed bilateral relationships, Holocaust commemoration and the fight against anti-Semitism.
While discussing the situation in the middle east, Ambassador was grateful for Lithuania’s support in Israel right for self-defense in the fight against terror organizations and the firm stand of Lithuania calling for the unconditional release of all hostages.
The Minister and Ambassador also discussed the situation in the Middle East and the negative role of Iran and its proxies on the entire world in general, and the Middle East in particular.
