please note:

  • A non-biometric travel document can be extended for up to five years.
  • Any extension of a travel document is subject to the age of the applicant and to the consul's decision.

  • To extend a travel document for a minor, the minor must come in person to an Israeli mission accompanied by one of his parents

Required Presence At The ConsulateThe application may be submitted by email.
Applicants below the age of 18 must appear in person, accompanied by their parents.
If the parents are married, it is enough for one parent to be present.
In case of divorced, separated, common-law or single parents, the written consent of both parents is required. The consent can be signed before the Consul in any Israeli mission abroad, before a licensed notary, or at the offices of the Israel Population and Immigration Authority in Israel.
