Economic and Political Department

The department focuses on: 

• Since the start of the "Operation Iron Swords" war, significant parts of the department's work involve the war's political objectives and obtaining and maintaining political and public support for these goals and for Israel.
• Cooperation with various government ministries to promote cooperation in various fields, including mutual political support bilaterally and multilaterally, promoting Holocaust education, and advancing entrepreneurship and IT issues.
• Strengthening trade and economic relations between Israel and Georgia, including encouraging business agreements and business delegations.
• Assisting Israeli companies seeking to operate in Georgia.
• Providing information about the existing opportunities here to Israeli entities, organizations, and authorities. 
• Providing information to stakeholders, organizations, and state authorities about Israelis and Georgians, producers and exporters, trade organizations, and state authorities.
