Un passeport en cours de validité au minimum dans les six mois suivants la date de retour d’Israël.
Confirmation of employment from the applicant's place of employment.
Place of residence in Israel during the period of stay.
Two-way plane ticket (need not be presented when submitting the application).
Medical insurance in force for the entire period of the visit in Israel.
Two recent duplicate passport photos, color against a white background, with full front view of face, measuring 5x5 cm).
