This department is in charge of organizing cultural events between the two countries, this includes maintaining contacts with relevant ministries, governmental, non-governmental and international institutions; with festivals, museums, art galleries, libraries, academic institutions, etc. The department also informs about art, dance, theater, music and literature exposures, festivals, conferences, seminars, etc. in Israel. In 2023, within the framework of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of Israel's Independence, a declaratory agreement for cultural exchange between the two countries was signed.
