Economic Relations

The economic department at the Israeli Embassy to Canada works to strengthen the economic ties between Israel and Canada through a variety of activities and services, based on a broad range of bilateral agreements such as free trade, customs, and many more. We assist Israeli businesses in connecting with Canadian businesses and investors, promoting bilateral trade agreements between the two countries. Additionally, we encourage investments from Canadian companies in Israel by building relationships with leading companies and businesspeople to expand and deepen bilateral trade.

The department organizes technology-oriented delegations from Canada to Israel to participate in international conferences in various technological fields, and we promote technological projects aimed at sharing knowledge about Israel’s ecosystems, encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship, and  assisting underprivileged communities and minorities in Canada. Our work focuses on creating new opportunities, fostering collaborations, and supporting initiatives that contribute to mutual and beneficial economic development for both countries.
