The Consular Department is responsible for all matters relating to visa applications, documents authentication, and issues related to civil status of Israeli citizens living in the Central African states covered by the embassy.
The Consular Affairs Department is responsible for all matters relating to visa applications to Israel by citizens from the geographical area covered by the Embassy, namely: Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Gabon and Republic of Congo. It is also responsible for the follow up and processing group visa applications from citizens of these countries, which are firstly submitted to the Israeli Ministry of the Interior.
The department is then responsible for all matters relating to the civil status of Israeli citizens living in the countries covered by the embassy.
