The administration departments in the different diplomatic missions of the state of Israel abroad, are responsible for recruiting, training and managing employees, as well as for budgetary, financial, administrative and logistical aspects of the diplomatic work. They are also responsible for the handling of legal issues in all of the mission's areas of activity. The department is headed by a professional diplomat from the ranks of the ministry of Foreign Affairs, who reports directly to the head of the mission participates, among other duties, in representative diplomatic assignments.
