This service enables foreign nationals born in Israel to obtain a birth certificate in Hebrew and in English for themselves or for their family members.
Required Documents To Apply
Photocopy of mother's passport.
Original copy of the "Live Birth" certificate received at the time of birth.
A power of attorney or court order - When the application is submitted by someone other than the applicant

The applicant is not required to appear in person at the mission.
Where the application is submitted by a spouse or a first-degree relative or an attorney holding a power of attorney, they must appear in person at the mission.

In order to submit a request for the certificate, please send the following:
1. Application form signed and filled
2. Passport copy
3.Photocopy of mother's passport.
4. Original copy of the "Live Birth" certificate received at the time of birth.
5. A power of attorney or court order - When the application is submitted by someone other than the applicant
6. If an apostille stamp is required on the certificate, please transfer 9 euro to the embassy’s bank account number BE90 3630 8220 6732 and send us the proof of payment by returning email.
4. If you wish to receive the certificate by post after it arrives to the embassy, please transfer an additional 10 euro for the registered post service, and send us the proof of payment with the name of the account from which the transfer was made and the address the certificate needs to be sent to.
