- Passport valid for no less than a year
- Confirmation of admission to studies from the ordering institution
- Proof of financial ability: scholarship, work permit, bank statement, salaries for the last 3 months.
- Letter from the doctor about general health condition
- Two 5 x 5 photos
- Payment methods by credit/debit card/Mobile Pay
- If the candidate is not Austrian, an Austrian residence visa valid for at least one year must be presented
The service is available to university or yeshiva students who want to study at an institution of higher education or at a yeshiva in Israel.
The applicant must submit a visa application, completed and signed, with supporting documents attached.
The completed application and supporting documents should be sent by email to an Israeli mission in the country where the applicant lives.
Please note:
If the confirmation of acceptance states that the student will be accompanied by another person – the details of such person should be provided, including their passport number.
If the applicant is under age 18, both parents must sign before the consular representative.
Any visit to a mission must be arranged in advance through the online appointment scheduler.
The affidavit that is to be signed must be prepared in advance.
Payment must be made according to the Consular fee Chart.
